Did not expect a hibachi place to excel in pick-up dining, but this place proved me SO wrong. Food was hot, delicious and packaged beautifully. Was completely full after this meal. 15/10 stars!
Order very expensive, which would have been ok but we placed the order at 6:52 and didn't receive it until 8:15. My husband waited at the restaurant for an hour and was ignored. This has been the third time this has happened.

Food 5 stars. Order 30 mins late, no communication from Sakura. I’d pre-ordered for 7.30pm delivery, called restaurant at 7.50, was told driver had left 7.40. Driver rude, blamed us for being too far.
My order never came. Apparently there was a “glitch” in the system which is ridiculous because I received a confirmation email the store received the order. I’ve since asked for a refund. Zero stars.
